Connection Issues

"I can't connect TrueNorth to my AI"

• Verify you generated the MCP link from TrueNorth profile settings

• Check the link starts with https:// and is complete

• For Claude: Ensure "Always allow" is enabled in Configure settings

• For ChatGPT: Verify Developer Mode is turned on

• Try disconnecting and reconnecting

• Restart your AI client

"Tools aren't showing up after connection"

• Claude: Go to Connectors → TrueNorth → Configure → Set "Always allow"

• ChatGPT: Select TrueNorth MCP from dropdown (bottom left of chatbox)

• Restart the AI client completely

• Try a simple test query: "What tools do you have from TrueNorth?"
